Absolutely! Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. Our instructors are attentive and will help you get comfortable with all the moves, offering modifications as needed.
Anything goes! Try yoga pants and a tank top, or anything that makes you comfortable dancing and moving. Bare feet or socks are perfect, or go big in thigh highs socks for a playful feel. Please, no heels.
Knee pads are encouraged for comfort during floorwork sequences. For some events, participants are invited to bring wine to sip during dance time.
